Construction
The automatic production line for tank manufacturing has developed advanced manufacturing processes for tank manufacturing from steel plate blanking, sheet milling, plate docking, reeling, reshaping, assembly, welding, forming and other processing steps and automated manufacturing equipment for each process

The tanker accessories include Euro standard manhole cover ,API adaptor valve, Gravity drop coupler,dust cap;bottom valve,Vapor vent valve;vapor adaptor valve;vapor recovery joint;optic sensor,optic socket,optic sensor tester;fuel predictor.

Using industrial automation technology, the manufacturing equipment in the tank manufacturing process, such as CNC cutting machine, CNC milling machine, transporting and turning machine, large jigsaw, CNC rolling machine, large expansion machine, template-less hemming machine, profile Tank ring seam plasma arc welding machine and other equipment, as well as roller transmission system, welding power source, workpiece displacement machine, conveying machine all realize digital control.


Tank Body and Mainbeam: High strength Q345 or T700 steel materail weldedby submerged arc.
Kingpin: JOST brand bolting type, changing between 2”or3.5" pssible
