DAF T1300 ''Frog'' Recovery vehicle
In January 1963 this DAF T1300 ''Kikker'' was new on the road in the Netherlands.
This DAF was most likely purchased new by Shell and had the original color ''Shell yellow''.
At a later stage, this DAF was converted into a recovery vehicle, after which it was employed by a small garage in Brabant.
After the death of the old garage owner, his son had the vehicle fully restored.
The vehicle is completely new in the red color, in addition, the brakes and vacuum pump, etc. have been replaced.
This was probably done around the year 2000.
The operation of the superstructure is manual, the winch is driven by means of. an intermediate bench.
